We offer the fastest express delivery service in the country. In most cases, delivery will be next business day after we ship your order and country areas may take 1 to 3 working days. In some cases, mostly remote areas, it may take an extra day or two. If you can’t see an express option in the checkout we may still be able to offer Express over the phone, please call us on 03 9460-7798
Can I pick my order up instore?
Yes you can from our warehouse, we are located in Thomastown Victoria.
How long does delivery take?
99.9% of orders are dispatched on the same or next business day (within 24 hours) after your purchase. Orders sent to locations on the east coast of Australia generally arrive within 1 to 3 working days from date of dispatch and almost always within 5 working days. For extremely remote and WA locations delivery is usually 5 to 8 working days. Delivery will very rarely take more than 6 working days to anywhere in Australia.

I have not received any tracking for my order what should I do?
Generally, you will receive tracking information by the end of business Monday > Friday at 5pm.
